At lywa we want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. The 7-Day Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your package arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items:  if items cap was broken and if product is in Good condition and you have reason which is not meet our Return policy  it seems to be you are doing fraud with us 

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email Support@lywa.in with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the shipping address.

  3. Shipping: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Use a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake (the item is damaged or the wrong product was sent), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., “I didn’t like the color” or “It doesn’t fit”), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds (The Fine Print)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement (processing times vary by bank).

  • Partial Refunds: Items with signs of use or items not in original condition may receive a partial refund (restocking fee) at our discretion.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Updates to This Policy

 

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
